@RehamSoliman666 هو في البداية شرحنا كيفية الاسترداد وشرحنا التواريخ بتكون امتي وقلنا لحضرتك لو حابة تستردي المبلغ كامل بنقدم طلب استرداد لشركة الطيران ولكن مش قبل ديسمبر لان بيكون مر علي الحجز 12 شهر من تاريخ الشراء لكن في حالة لو حضرتك حابة تسترديها قبل ديسمبر بيكون وفقا للحسبة اللي بعتنا��ا
