@DarrenAlexand @garryvalk Now you do, nearly 12 months after Covid19 started. Up to recently you could stay where ever you wanted and they took your word you would obey the rules and quarantine. I know first hand they don’t check on you to make sure.

@garryvalk @DarrenAlexand Only 6000 people enter a week, mandatory 14 day hotel quarantine. 🇦🇺 closed its borders quickly. Most of 🇦🇺 has been living life as normal for over 6 months. Canada does not check on visitors entering canada by air. 🇦🇺govt reacts swiftly and tough for every case, not like 🇨🇦

@steeletalk @JustinTrudeau Australia has a mandatory 14 day hotel quarantine for all travellers entering the country. Cost is $3000. pretty simple really. thats why 🇦🇺is basically covid free and enjoying freedom to travel, enjoy beaches and live sport.
Too little too late for these weak restrictions 🇨🇦
