[Travis Wilson @TravisBOUND]

I’m excited to be able to share that I am joining Bound (@Bound_HQ) as Bound Wisconsin Manager. In my role I will create content on Bound channels as the state’s high school sports expert, facilitate the build out of a new home for stats, schedules, and scores in Wisconsin (Bound is the official resource for the state of Iowa), and help Bound introduce its outstanding full suite of tools to schools, conferences, & associations in the Badger State.

Bound (https://t.co/dCr4RvXo6a) is the official home for stats, schedules, and standings for the Iowa High School Athletic Association and the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union with tools coaches have used and loved for years. The South Dakota High School Athletic Association, Canyon Athletic Association, and Sunshine Athletic Association are among the many other partners that include schools, conferences, and more.

Bound brings school communities together with 20 solutions on one platform. It’s intuitive to use, delivers value instantly, and provides a unified view of athletic programs at every level. Each tool within Bound is impactful on its own, but the true power lies in how seamlessly they work together to simplify your operations and elevate your program.

I am extremely excited to work with the Bound team, who are as passionate about high school sports as I am. They are committed to serving and investing in the high school sports community in the state, the right way. Time to get to work.

Please update your records for my new email address at [email protected].

LaFleur's teams always find dumb ways to lose games. This will be the same Packers team we've seen the last few years; glimpses of being a championship team but lack of consistency & discipline that will lead to a 10-7 or 9-8 record with early playoff exit. Wash, rinse, repeat.

I was perfect in D1, D4, and D5.

I went 7-1 in the 8-player games this week after going 14-2 in the 8-player opening round.

[Travis Wilson @TravisBOUND]

I went 106-5 in picking winners in the opening round of 11-player action (I don't pick Reedsburg games) for a correct percentage of 95.5%.

I missed:

Waukesha West (over LAX Central)
Brookfield Central (over Beaver Dam)
Plymouth (over Onalaska)
Potosi/Cassville (over Mineral Point)
Osseo-Fairchild (over Shiocton)

@Donshulaghost Saturday is game 7

[Travis Wilson @TravisBOUND]

Reedsburg vs New Berlin Eisenhower will be played next Saturday at 1 pm in Reedsburg.

The distance is 128 miles, so the default is Saturday (if above 120 miles, per WIAA regulations), and Eisenhower would not agree to play on Friday night. #wisfb

Auburn, Nebraska is closer to Eau Claire, Wisconsin than it is to Chadron, Nebraska.

Wisconsin has an adaptation to the NFHS rule that starts all overtime possessions at the 25-yard line. A big oops from playoff officials in the Beaver Dam vs Brookfield Central game, which BC won 42-41. #wisfb

[Wade Bates @WadeBatesRadio]

Am I wrong...OT in high school football in Wisconsin starts at 25 yard line correct? Officials in Beaver Dam-Brookfield Central Game started OT at 10 yard line? #wisfb

Of the 26 players on the Milwaukee Brewers' active roster, 20 played high school baseball in the United States. And 11 of them were multi-sport athletes in high school!

These Brewers are proof that competing in multiple sports in high school helps student-athletes develop versatility, teamwork, leadership & resilience while building skills that they will carry into life long after their playing days are over.
