In every college conference (Big 10, ACC, Big 12, Pac-4, and even the SEC at times, there are good programs and bad programs, and many of the schools are just not competitive for a championship on a yearly basis. And there will always be outsiders that break into the Top 10.
With all this conference realignment, what if it doesn’t go the way that everyone expects? We assume that the best colleges are getting consolidated into 2-4 conferences and those teams will dominate everyone else like in the SEC, but history just doesn’t support this theory.
