@StuddertNatalie This industry really needs cleaning up. It is riddled with criminality. We booked what we thought was a local removalist a few years ago only to come home from work the day before the job to find we had been cleaned out. We rang them only to hear them laughing before they hung up

@StuddertNatalie Generally garden & yard maintenance does form part of a standard lease but not 'renovation' which it sounds like they are charging you for. Here in QLD, you can lodge a dispute via the Residential Tenancy Authority. They should not have paid anything if there is a dispute

@StuddertNatalie Yes Nat, you probably need a higher Mh battery & it's always handy to have a couple of spares. The genuine batteries aren't cheap unfortunately. You can source generic batteries on the likes of Amazon but be careful to read reviews. Some of the cheaper knock offs are rubbish
