5.Personal growth is tied to business growth - The more I’m willing to learn the better the business gets. This has left me with limited time for entertainment but that’s a sacrifice that’s necessary for success. Growth is a choice.

3.Decisions matter - Since we are in the start up phase every decision both big and small matters. The important thing is we aren’t stuck in decision paralysis. Sometimes we make the wrong decision but look at that as an opportunity to learn.

2.Time matters - I’m spending every extra hour I have (which is few) working on our company. If this has taught me anything it’s that to be all in as a husband, dad, and Pastor I have to be intentional and present.

1.Relationships matter - I have preached this for more than a decade but I’m seeing the fruit of amazing relationships. I would have quit almost a year ago if I wasn’t surrounded by so many amazing people. God has opened so many doors I didn’t see coming through people!
