@EmiratesSupport Just the refund and refund for all the extra legroom seats also purchased on the aircraft. We were not offered any food or drink, simply off loaded and told flights are cancelled and to wait the 7-14 days for our refund. No help or assistance from you whatsoever

Why book with a #travelagent? A real story. ✈️ Flight home cancelled Sydney via Dubai to Stansted. @emirates offered NOTHING. Just "You're on your own - refund in 7/14 days" I secured accommodation, rerouted flights & got us home. Travel isn’t predictable. Support should be.

@SimonCalder I was on the Sydney flight due to depart 28 February - cancelled & offloaded. I booked the next available flights with @cathaypacific to get me home (via Hong Kong) 4 March at 2:30am I finally arrived back home, long, expensive, exhausted! Still no refund from @emirates #skint
