@AirCanada what a great father's day present you gave by canceling flight AC8866. And the nerve to not take any calls when customers are stranded! From a company that prides itself in being Canadian, this is absolutely horrible service.
@AirCanada cancels flight AC8866 and when I try to call the customer service it says they can't place the call on hold. This is after I waited an hour only for them to hang up. How do you call this customer service?
@FrontierCare spent an hour speaking with Jane, Ivana and Christine for a using a travel credit that I was unable to use in the midst of covid 19. They were unable to help saying I forfeited the credit because I didn't use the credit in 90 days.. This is unfair.
@AirCanada shame on you for lying to your customers about a flight delay on AC1674.. The original inbound AC1643 was only slightly delayed. Too bad for those families with young kids.. You could have been upfront but chose to hide the truth about the delay.
