I’ll be a lot more concerned if this goes through like week 3, because he should be in game shape by then. I thought his technique today wasn’t awful (besides his feet stopping).

@MarkLarson28 @SeifertESPN I’m a DLine coach and a drill I do is have my guys hit a pad and chop their feet before they escape. That way they no it’s not acceptable to stop moving their feet when engaged. This is something that Caleb Banks is gonna struggle with until he gets back into shape

@MarkLarson28 @SeifertESPN This has been the one take I agree with when talking about Banks. Soft is a stretch but he is forsure out of shape. He was pretty solid in the start of the game. You could definitely start to see when he got tired, because he stopped moving his feet.

@jzulgad I coach DLine, Caleb looked solid early, but as he got tired, to me it looked more like he stopped moving his feet rather than pad level was bad. You can forsure see the raw physical traits that got him drafted but he needs to get into football shape which will take awhile

@TheRealForno I can understand why you wouldn’t want him at 18 (I disagree but I understand your point). However, a 3rd round grade on him is CRAZY. Even before his mock to the Vikings that seemed to elevate his draft stock, him being a 3rd grade is insane in my opinion
