Your staff also offered us nothing after we let them know that Jersey was not our final stop - we flew into Jersey to visit family before continuing on home - while in Jersey we had no clothes, shoes or toiletries because you delayed all 6 of our bags.

Hey @lufthansa - my family & I flew business class - Rome to New Jersey w/ a layover in Munich after spending 2 weeks in Greece. None of our luggage made it on our connecting flight & are now missing. 6 bags total are delayed/possibly lost with thousands of $$ worth of items.
