Many people ask: why does the BTC ecosystem seem to have stalled in its development?
The core reasons can be summarized into four main points:
1. Limited programmability and high barriers to entry — Compared to chains like Ethereum, Bitcoin lacks support for complex on-chain logic, native stablecoins, and high-frequency interactions. This makes the experience less friendly for both developers and users.
2. Low capital efficiency — Although Bitcoin has enormous volume, it lacks safe, transparent, and native yield opportunities. As a result, most capital remains idle rather than circulating productively on-chain.
