@kunle_pata It shouldn't be "tell it to their face" rather, speak to the report & tell your findings Kunle. So you talk straight to the report. You didn't need to refer to anyone by name but the document, the findings, the report etc. The technique in reporting matters.
Covert narcissists want to hurt your feelings to feel better about themselves. They will keep targeting your feelings to make you feel miserable and guilty.
