Kawhi played 42 mins & established himself as the best player in game 1. 38 points 5 Rebs & 5 assist. Clippers were able to win with great defensive and offensive help from the supporting cast down the stretch. It’s only game 1 but Ty Lue will have to use his bench more. BUT WHY?
Really wish I could help guys like this, this training is important but unfortunately he is missing some pieces that need to be implemented to reduce his chance for reinjury.. or stress fracture…
@yovaniJr_ Ngl since bro got eliminated last year & cut the dreads, every moment after that seems like CJ is throwed off. Or everything he does just looks funny. He doesn’t even look the same, idk maybe he just more locked in this year

@lutherburden3 LB is fast and a very explosive player and he needs to play without hesitation, unfortunately with injuries his nervous system will not forget. Addressing his nervous system is the first thing that’s needs to be done to reduce re injury and further compensations
I’ve been away but a friend of mine wants me to break down this injury. It’s not a severe injury or an ankle injury. We watched it last night what I can see is an adductor/groin pull which doesn’t look terrible but there’s more to dissect.. let’s break it down
Luther Burden
Genuinely surprised we don’t have an update yet. This has me concerned a bit.
After reviewing the video several times, the left lower leg/ankle looks like where the injury is. Ankle fracture? There is a possibility the left knee was impacted. Meniscus?
The right leg looks like it got lucky, so I’m not overly worried there.
Hopefully we hear some clarity soon.
This could significantly benefit Colston Loveland and Rome Odunze if this is anything more mild.
He’s about 5 weeks out from Week 1.
I’ll provide an update when more information is available.
@lutherburden3 LB is fresh and young and won’t shy away from playing at less than 100% but his rehab needs to address his nervous system because a groin can create compensations that can lead to more injuries throughout his career let’s dive
CORE TRAINING - Some movements from our mid week movement core session where the goal is to rotate slow, rotate fast, rotate with a heavy load, move the feet for some rhythm with the rotations, set the pillar position and then load it further.
Most alarming Halas Hall comment of today came from WR Rome Odunze when asked when his injured foot from last season felt normal again.
"This is my new normal. And it’s not from a standpoint that I’m always in pain but the way my foot broke there’s callouses in there that create a different type of foot structure with those bones — different types of things that kind of shift things around. So my new normal is kind of what I am going into."
Just something to file away.
Packers’ standout edge rusher Micah Parsons said he will not return from his torn ACL injury until at least mid-October.
