@CorkCraneCount@GlenveaghHomes I still enjoy keeping an eye on the city developments, but happy to leave it to the experts these days😊 Keep up the great work
@CorkCraneCount@davissteve1980@joehurleycork That's completely understandable, I only mentioned it as I pass the site weekly and was aware construction was halted since June last year. I recall a similar situation where a crane was left standing unused at Navigation Square for number of months
@davissteve1980@CorkCraneCount@joehurleycork Can understand the logic, the BlackBee group are currently undertaking a 100 million bid to remove debt investors in their nursing home business, construction should recommence once this has been sorted. I'm just wondering should the crane be counted as it's not currently in use?
@CorkCraneCount Ya really surprised how resilient the crane count has stayed given the economic uncertainty. The Jacobs Island and Blackrock GAA development caught me completely unawares
@frank_oconnor@anoisagency@judesherry Unfortunately the old buildings were prone to flooding, notice how on the new builds the ground floor levels have been raised by a couple of feet
First class restoration work completed on this Grand Parade property. The owner has gone to great lengths to reinstall the chimney, add architectural ornaments and window moldings. Just shows what can be achieved with a little thoughtfulness and imagination
