At 54, diagnosed with throat cancer, chemo and radiotherapy followed. Less than 2 years later I'm playing footy again. I'm grateful for every day, I take nothing for granted. I love my family and friends and I'm looking forward to my future adventures.

@Londonblue_2 I can't tell if you're being genuine? Nunes plays and is what he is, an above average midfielder forced into unfamiliar position with no natural defending or tacking ability. Tries his very best but if you're the opposition you'd always target him. Far too many mistakes

@umirf1 If you live in a town, try the lamppost challenge. To start, run hard for one lamppost to the next, rest for two lampposts, then race to the next etc. When your stamina has improved reduce it to run one lamppost, rest one lamppost then finally run toe lampposts, rest one
