@jroberts1324 I notice it—and it does bug me if chapters are WAY off: Chapter Seven is 4500 words while Chapter Eight is 1100. Large differences throw the pacing off, in my opinion.

Just in case a paper manuscript gets all jangled up. (Paper manuscripts...remember those beauties?) How the publisher wants to physically end the piece is up to them—I just like letting the slower ones know the story is over. 😜 Kidding!
