Tree-Plenish is so excited to announce what we’ve accomplished, and how we’ve grown in 2021-2022! For more details, view our annual report: https://t.co/C5IzDQX0tD
Through our Environmental Equity Fund, we were able to donate 3,629 saplings to 52 schools in low income or urban communities through the donation of $20,200 in 2021! We can’t wait to make an impact through the Environmental Equity Committee again this year!
🥳Thanks to community-wide support, the @TreePlenish sale at JJHS resulted in 454 trees purchased, smashing the original goal of 260. This more than offset the school's 2.6 million sheets of paper used. We are honored to support the students who made this a reality. @KLSchools
And that's a wrap! In order to offset our paper usage at the high school we needed to sell 434 treed. We sold 734!!! That's 173% of our goal!! 🥳🥳🥳😁😁😁 Thank you all! @Kings_HS @Kings_Schools@TreePlenish

Great to catch up with the team at Tree-Plenish, a non-profit that helps high school students host tree planting events in their communities to offset their school’s energy consumption.
