Some voters still waiting for their chance to put their ballots in themselves, others left theirs in a box for manual feeding c/o the chairman.

COMELEC cannot ignore the widespread complaints of malfunctioning VCMs and super delayed voting procedures, possibly resulting in widespread disenfranchisement of voters. The least it can do now is extend the voting hours to allow our people to exercise their right to vote.

Ballots will then be fed into the VCM by the chairman in the presence of the poll watchers. Order came from the DESO tech and is allegedly from @COMELEC.

People are already leaving their ballots with the precinct personnel. I have names of the precinct personnel recorded. 2/3
