@chilternrailway It is very very much not 21 degrees in here so something has gone wrong. Unfortunately the train is packed and no seats in another carriage or we would have moved. Some of my fellow travellers have elected to stand in the corridor to keep warm

@chilternrailway we're on the 10.02 from Marylebone to Birmingham. It's freezing. We haven't seen a conductor yet (50 mins in). Please could you ask the driver to pop the heating on? We're all in our coats but still shivering.

. @Se_Railway why did the 10.08 Welling train leave at 10.07. A timetable is there for a reason.
