@Memeghnad I want to be the wind - No life, but can move around as I wish, bringing out a light smile in people as a gentle moist breeze, being naughty blowing away hats & umbrellas and occasionally getting angry and unleashing my wrath😌
Egyptian cotton fragrance would be a plus 🙂
@mhdhish However, we use a combination of these to make a decision. The need to protect individualism and their right to live a dignified life overpowers other motivations which is why your argument that liberals/ atheists can't be against rape is blatantly wrong. Anyways bye.
@mhdhish Specifically wrt your magazine argument, first thing, we don't do group think and don't follow any one book as our source of truth. And for any actions, there might be conflicting motivations - need for offspring(human), respecting other's dignity and right to life (liberal) +
@mhdhish You are selectively picking statements to answer to while avoiding uncomfortable questions like why are the men asking the questions when the rule is between women and god. I am stopping this discussion cz you are not answering critical questions and it's just going in circles
@mhdhish You are conflating a hypothetical question I asked with a practicality. I asked this coz this solution will still logically fulfill your criteria for keeping women safe according to your rules. Because your rules are currently working only in hypotheticals anyway.
@mhdhish@Mammadhism@crypto_pinapple And atheists are people who believe your own ethics should be what drives your actions. If I don't rape people, it's because I know it is wrong to do so. Not because a religious rule prevents me from doing so.
@mhdhish@Mammadhism@crypto_pinapple If that were true, there wouldn't be any Muslim predators. Do you believe that is true? Rules become meaningful only if they can be enforced. If you can enforce rules only on one gender then it's biased.
@mhdhish@Mammadhism@crypto_pinapple And according to you, women cannot go to work alone because there may be other men there. And all these issues are caused by men doing predatory stuff. So let those men stay at home so women can work in peace. Can the parents you mentioned above ensure that? Are you ok with that?
@mhdhish@Mammadhism@crypto_pinapple If it's between God and the believer, why are men in the family asking questions about whether to allow their sister/wife to take the flight alone or work or whatever. So in the women's case, it's between them and the men. For men's rules, it's between God and men, huh?
@mhdhish@Mammadhism@crypto_pinapple There should be laws and protection by the state. Not from a religion. You are conflating the two. The religious rule must be to only treat others with respect and dignity because the religion is powerless to enforce its rules on men
@mhdhish@Mammadhism@crypto_pinapple It's inherently biased because of the nature of these rules. Can your parents know or take action if you stare at a woman? Ofcourse not. But they can easily restrict a woman from going out or working. That's the difference
@mhdhish@Mammadhism@crypto_pinapple I am saying it's the wrong approach. Because you are enforcing rules on women and merely writing rules for men of which only the women's rules can be carried out by you. Which makes it a biased system.

@mhdhish@Mammadhism@crypto_pinapple Those men cannot be contained by rules in any holy book. They should be handled by the state. That doesn't warrant women being locked up in their houses or having bodyguards 24*7

@mhdhish@Mammadhism@crypto_pinapple We don't need anyone's protection. We don't need anyone's abuse. We are just as much capable of living our lives if others do not bother us. Treat others with respect and dignity and that is the only rule that should've been there in any religious books
@mhdhish@Mammadhism@crypto_pinapple It is precisely because of this stream of thought that men feel the "urge" to abuse women. If indeed this logic is applied, why are weaker men not being put under constant protection too? Why aren't they abused? Women should be let to live in peace and with dignity.
