This reality is a training simulation. Negatively oriented reptilian beings are the primary "bad guys". We call them daemons. In computer science a daemon is a program that runs in the background. At the highest levels the evil forces in our world are programs like Agent Smith. The Matrix was effectively a documentary.

The purpose of this simulation is to help the players become good people, high-quality citizens, and disciples of God. It's a filtration mechanism.
