So for several months now since we moved house our internet connection with @virginmedia has been appalling. But giving a Months notice 3 weeks ago to move to BT it's been even worse!! I'm getting txts from VM promising a fix on a given date. Date arrives, no fix -Repeat :(

@coopuk Cardiff whitchurch rd, no queuing system and staff stacking shelves not moving while customers trying to get past. Also aisle blocked at one end due to broken freezer so customers crossing in the aisle, no social distancing. Shocking #Covid_19
