Once complained about the TC. Without any action compliant got resolved & that pathetic behavior stands the worst & complaint unheard with internally resolved without even asking the lady passenger who got insulted badly.

@RailwaySeva Why? This is looting the common man. On an daily basis how many Trains with how many tatkal waiting tickets are booked by public? On every waiting Tatkal ticket IRCTC charging 60rs deduction when we are not even able to Travel, This is a scam & we have filed this complaint
