Mila Gurung at around 4000m as we sort out details for the new "Leopard Trek" which we're excited about bringing you as part of our philosophy of trekking for conservation. Still work to be done pre-monsoon but keep watching, you could be here by year end.
The word 'tiger' is in many places used by locals to refer to any big cat. Like the idea of a new trek in the Himalaya where the tigers are in fact leopards, clouded leopards and snow leopards? Watch this space for an update in March.
A long hiatus but as @WildTigerNews heads towards the 1 Feb reboot it's at that time we'll be bringing more about alternative livelihoods (with trekking!) including https://t.co/V1nTW5XhbM and don't forget to keep up with developments at Mission Leopard https://t.co/UU7ijcnpPS
Thx new followers. While on the long, bumpy covid road we've aligned ourselves slightly differently in the @WildTigerNews stable with alternative, sustainable income focus in human-wildlife conflict highly affected areas. Trekking and 'Conservation Honey' part of that, more soon.

Many thanks to those who have followed here, obviously with covid and other issues there's a lot of change, this account has been in hiatus but will be more active in a new direction soon.
Meanwhile if you truly care, please follow @WildTigerNews
As part of our evolution @TrekkingTiger brings you partners who meet our standard of:

We've been a bit quiet here at Trekking Tiger but many of you know we've been working hard at https://t.co/HH73C0DKXn
You'll be hearing more of us from now, a platform for you to get involved with things and support big cats and the domains they roam...
Along with WildTiger we're currently moving to be under the umbrella of Human & Wildlife Protection Group (HWP), more on this in August. In meantime check out an example of an Ethical Interaction with Wildlife agreement, this one is with TigerTrack Nepal https://t.co/G5fxuKh3ig
Close now to Forest Hideaway having #wildlife tourism ethics protocol on their website. They've been a pleasure to work with and we thoroughly recommend you do a jungle safari with them!
