He did it! 73 days after departing from our Lake Norman store in Mooresville, NC, our good friend Richard Lima completed his ride across America. He finished at the Santa Monica Pier with 4608 miles logged on his Checkpoint SL 5.

Richard stopped at multiple Trek bicycle stores along the way to host educational nights with NAMI (and give his Checkpoint some necessary TLC) and has connected with many people around the country who have been impacted by mental health and suicide.

Remember Caleb? Caleb is one of 150 student athletes to be awarded the Trek NICA Pathfinders Scholarship. This past Sunday was his first race with the Catawba Valley NICA team.
