Heavenly Father,

Thank You for the teachers who stand in classrooms today—those beginning a new year, those returning after rest, and those who have carried this work for many seasons.

Give them patience that does not run out by afternoon. Give them clarity when a lesson must be reshaped on the spot, and discernment to see the child behind the behavior. Strengthen their voices, their minds, and their hearts for the long days ahead.

Protect them from burnout. Restore what last year took. Surround them with colleagues who share the load, administrators who support rather than only measure, and families who partner instead of only demand.

For the students who arrive hungry, anxious, angry, or unseen—give teachers the grace to notice them. For the ones who learn quickly and the ones who need more time, grant fairness and kindness in equal measure.

Remind every teacher that their work matters even on the days it feels invisible. Let small victories be enough. Let laughter find a place in the room. And when they go home tired, let them rest knowing they did good work.

Bless their hands, their words, and their endurance. Hold them as they hold so many others.
