Insane that this is like the most technically impressive game ever made and yet the people who created it do not have Wikipedia pages. Fully 3D modeled faces that are expensive. IN EARLY 1994!
Obviously besides the fact that I'm probably the biggest TFLS fan on Earth and would love to own it, I'd love to figure out the full story behind this and to get a better look at it. Shame a nice looking figure like this has no evidence of its existence otherwise.
Talked about this on my old account, but for years I've been on the hunt for this garage kit figure of Ptolemy from The Fairyland Story. The only things we know about it was that it was produced by doujin artist/circle Lunch Tiger, and it was displayed around Wonfest 2000 Summer. Despite combing through evidence from the time, including the official guide of the event, this photo is the only evidence of its existence. It was found from Japanese site from a person covering the event.
If ANYONE has an example they're willing to part to me, I have a $1000 bounty on it.
The leading theory based on evidence so far, based on research me and a few people on MyFigureCollection have done, is that it was possibly exhibition only, and if it *was* sold to some degree it was a very limited release. I'm almost convinced that's the case given how GKs are.
