@Dam_ian5@FirstBankngr Same issue here. I subscribed for 100 shares 14th, but it “failed” while ₦52,500 was still debited from my account. I was assured would be reversed within 24hrs. Today is 25th, & there’s still no refund, now they’ve stopped responding to my messages. They know what they're doing
@paul4chidi@FirstBankngr@FBN_help It's really said, my N52,500 just disappeared and @FBN_help behaving like it's not their business, this is nothing but Scam and I will close my account with @FirstBankngr if I had known i would have bought just 10 shares, 5k no go too pain me. #DangoteIPO
@FirstBankngr I don’t have a DM. I contacted you via WhatsApp and was assured my ₦52,500 would be reversed within 24 hours. Since then, I’ve been completely ignored.
How does a transaction “fail” but still deduct my money? Only with Naija Banks. Please reverse my ₦52,500 immediately.
Dear @FirstBankngr
Please confirm whether my NGX Subscription transaction was successfully registered as my Dangote Refinery IPO application for my shares. My FirstMobile initially displayed ‘Transaction failed’, although my account was debited.
Thank You 🙏

To the @_AfricanUnion If African migrants can be attacked, robbed, and killed in another African country without a strong AU response, what does African solidarity really mean?
