“Derrick slapped me four times, hit me and sent me out of his car at night in the middle of third mainland bridge. I just wanted to jump and shut all the voices in my head, before those agbero pulled me away and gave me directions.”
— 44 Clothing, CEO Onyema Evelyn
44 Clothing is trending because Onyema Evelyn of 44 Clothing’s brand disappeared after going to see her boyfriend Derrick at Bonny Camp, Lagos.
She has now been found, but apparently, a blogger caused the problems.
After news of Evelyn’s disappearance made rounds, her boyfriend Derrick whom she was last with, became a prime suspect, while others feared she had taken her own life.
This came after a voice note circulated in which she desperately begged Derrick not to end their relationship: “Derrick, please don’t break up with me. I dey beg you with my life. I will k*ll myself.” Evelyn reiterated .
Security analyst, Harrison Gwamnishu however took up the case and begged the public to help in looking for her. He also travelled down to Lagos to coordinate with police in the search; he paid the divers who recovered a body from the lagoon, which they thought was hers.
Before this drama, Evelyn had spoken about shutting down 44 Clothing in January, when she opened up about the difficulties she faced after moving from Asaba to Lagos.
Weeks later, she got a BBL and liposuction after complaining about slow business. Around May, she then made another video lamenting financial struggles with no helper.
All of these, caused many to fear the worse had happened to the struggling CEO. Now that Harrison Gwamnishu confirmed she had returned safely.
Evelyn now explained that, she actually did walk away due to emotional stress.
Apparently, a blogger, Aproko blog, shared specific details about her relationship with her ex Derrick.
Derrick got furious and accused her of feeding the blog, to tarnish or manipulate her way back into his life, because their report was too accurate.
So Evelyn went to his place to explain she’s innocent, but Derrick wasn’t interested in her story. His reluctance to listen to her only got her emotionally frustrated, tensed and confused.
Even after her mom tried to mediate, Derrick didn’t listen, so the mom asked him to atleast bring her home.
Derrick offered to, Evelyn rejected it. He insisted and in the car, he kept reporting her to their friends, and hitting her, her emotions and anxiety skyrocketed and she demanded to get off his car.
He refused but finally stopped right in the middle of the third mainland bridge and sent her out. She exited without her phone or belongings, sat there contemplating ending it all, agberos pulled her away from the ledge, and later she wandered around the city until she was found today.
In summary, Evelyn was emotionally stressed because the reconciliation with Derrick didn’t work out; hence the dramatic ordeal. The female body that was found in lagoon is yet to be identified.

Ehis is trending because Twitter FBI’s discovered that the influencer’s mom who’s a staunch VeryDarkMan critic, is a full APC supporter.
With curses ear and dear, some are saying he shouldn’t pay for the sins of his mother. Others compared it to Winifred and her ra/pist family..
Mama Ehis recently slammed VDM over his spending on Burna Boy’s ₦250M clinic and school project in Odiokwu, Rivers State, questioning inconsistencies in his financial claims.
Then, someone shared a photo of her campaigning for an APC House of Representatives candidate in Ondo State and drew a parallel with her inexplicable resentment toward VDM, which served her son Ehiz, in a platter for dragging, and herself a feast of curses.
Because he (Ehis) openly criticizes APC and Bola Tinubu administration on twitter, yet his mother supports them. Making Nigerians wonder whether he was unaware or was just being hypocritical or his mom also had a portion in his APC rants.
Amid the dragging, some persons argued that, his mom is a civil servant who is only supporting her employer, and Ehiz didn’t choose his mother. Therefore, Ehiz shouldn’t be dragged.
Total disagreement followed; other APC critics argued that if Winifred is held accountable for her father and brother’s actions, Davido too for his uncle’s, then Ehiz too should “hold.”
The BAT 🦇 on Ehiz’ name and old tweets of him begging for APC gigs, tilted the argument against him.
Yet, the intentional young man declared love for his mom, but wished his n/udes had leaked instead of the dragging; which he accepts, but rues being discussed negatively.
Some have asked him to disown her.
Moving on from the matter, Ehiz who’s doing his NYSC in Abuja, said today he entered a Bolt ride with AC, for the first time ever. Apparently, he’s only been familiar with APC 🌚

NAFDAC is trending because after Bayo Onanuga suggested death sentence for fake products makers, Opeyemi Famakin doubled down on the Igbos.
The controversial food critic added that, Igbos are not only the Number 1 fake product merchants, they also have the highest number of people with kidney problems, he said.
While claiming that Kano is Nigeria’s Number 2 hub for fake drugs and drinks; which he subtly implied that he’s sure hausa’s aren’t in charge of those productions.
Opeyemi then appealed to the Igbos to consider the country, their own people and tone down the production of fake consumables. He also urged them to see the merit in his appeal rather than view it through a tribalist prism.
However, while many agreed with him, including normal people and bigots who are furious at him for acknowledging igbos are intelligent and nice; some argued that his approach his wrong, because the fake production is a national business practiced by all Nigerians regardless of tribe.
Actually, after examining 20 random NAFDAC busts since 2024; 16 involved individuals from the South East, with operations spanning the country.
The identities of the suspects in the remaining four cases were not disclosed, but they were arrested in Lagos and Abuja.
Statistically, Opeyemi’s claim is arguably substantiated. Recently, Nollywood veteran Ngozi Ezeonu also appealed to them to stop.
Yesterday a fake alcohol factory was busted in Aba, with good worth over ₦500M. Ace video director, ThankGod Omori, lamented that fake drinks in Lagos clubs destroyed his kidney.
