यमुना किनारे बेला एस्टेट में 728 लोग रहते हैं। SIR के बाद वोटर लिस्ट में सिर्फ़ एक नाम बचा - बाकी 727 नाम काट दिए गए।

ये लोग दशकों से यहाँ रह रहे हैं। 2024 के लोकसभा चुनाव और 2025 के दिल्ली चुनावों में वोट डाल चुके हैं। 2023 में इनके घर तोड़ दिए गए थे - पर ये कहीं नहीं गए, यहीं हैं।

आज मैं इनकी झुग्गी में गया और सीधे इन्हीं से सुना कि चुनाव आयोग ने इनके साथ क्या किया है।

SDM से फ़ोन पर मैंने यही कहा - मकान होने या न होने का वोट के अधिकार से कोई रिश्ता नहीं है। ख़ुद CEC ज्ञानेश कुमार कह चुके हैं कि "हाउस नंबर 0" बेघरों के लिए है। फिर भी 727 लोगों का नाम काट दिया गया।

यह SIR नहीं - यह वोट चोरी का तरीक़ा है। जिनके पास पहले ही सबसे कम है, उनसे उनकी इकलौती ताक़त छीनी जा रही है।

ज्ञानेश कुमार तो जाएँगे। पर जिस सिस्टम ने उनसे यह करवाया, उसका हिसाब भी होगा।

दिल्ली की BJP सरकार के एक मंत्री वीडियो में एक नौजवान को थप्पड़ मारते दिख रहे हैं।

उसका गुनाह? वो वीडियो बना रहा था।
मंत्री के सामने सड़क खोदकर दिखाई जा रही थी, और उसके हाथ में कैमरा था।

ये उस सत्ता का चेहरा है जिसे अब वोटर से डर लगना बंद हो गया है।

सड़क पर सवाल पूछो - थप्पड़।
पेपर लीक पर सवाल पूछो - लाठी।
संसद में सवाल पूछो - माइक बंद।

ये लोग ऐसा इसलिए करते हैं क्योंकि इन्हें अब ये डर ही नहीं कि चुनाव इन्हें हटा सकता है। वोट चोरी यही ख़रीदती है - सिर्फ़ नतीजा नहीं, उसके बाद आने वाला अहंकार भी।

जो सरकार जीत को पक्का मान लेती है, उसे आपकी रज़ामंदी नहीं चाहिए - आपकी ख़ामोशी और अंधभक्ति चाहिए।

The vote is the foundation of Indian democracy.

The next election commissioner MUST be appointed by a panel of PM, Leader of Opposition and CJI. Only a person chosen by all three 'ayes' would be deserving of the post.

इंदौर में ‘छात्रों की गूँज’ कार्यक्रम में OBC वर्ग के छात्रों ने बताया कि चयन प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बावजूद 27% OBC आरक्षण के तहत 13% पदों पर नियुक्तियां वर्षों से रुकी हुई हैं।

सभी छात्र बहुत पीड़ा में हैं - चार साल से अधिक समय से इंतज़ार कर रहे इन युवाओं का कीमती वक्त अब और ज़ाया नहीं होना चाहिए।

उनकी बात सुनिए, सभी दलों की सर्वसम्मति से पारित 27% OBC आरक्षण लागू कीजिए और सभी चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति दीजिए।

The video from Jamui, Bihar is deeply disturbing.

Two Class 10 students were stopped on a road. Harassed. Humiliated. Molested. A young girl, hands folded, begged to be let go while goons groped her and dragged her away.

Who gave these men the right to behave like this? This is not "culture." It is patriarchy: the belief that any man can police a girl's body, her movement, her choices.

When control is mistaken for culture, and such attitudes are normalised by Andhbhakts, mobs start believing they are the law.

Every individual in that video must be identified and prosecuted under POCSO, and justice must be swift. And if the incident happened on September 19th, why are the culprits not behind bars yet?

And the Bihar government must answer why a girl is not safe on a public road at 7 pm?

बिहार के जमुई का एक वीडियो बहुत बेचैन करने वाला है।

10वीं क्लास के एक छात्र और छात्रा को रास्ते में जबरदस्ती रोक लिया गया। उन्हें प्रताड़ित किया गया, अपमानित किया गया और छात्रा के साथ उत्पीड़न किया गया। बच्ची हाथ जोड़कर उसे जाने देने की विनती करती रही, मगर गुंडे उसे गलत तरीके से छूते और खींचतान करते रहे।

इन लोगों को ऐसी बदतमीज़ी करने का हक किसने दिया? यह "संस्कृति" नहीं है, यह patriarchy है: ये सोच कि किसी भी पुरुष का किसी लड़की के शरीर, उसके आने-जाने और उसकी पसंद-नापसंद पर नियंत्रण है।

जब नियंत्रण को ही संस्कृति मान कर 'अंधभक्त' ऐसी सोच को सामान्य ठहराते हैं, तो भीड़ को लगने लगता है कि वही कानून है।

उस वीडियो में दिख रहे हर व्यक्ति की पहचान होनी चाहिए और उन अपराधियों पर POCSO के तहत मुकदमा चलाकर उन्हें जल्द से जल्द सजा मिलनी चाहिए। और अगर ये घटना 19 सितंबर की है तो गुनहगार अब तक सलाखों के पीछे क्यों नहीं हैं?

और बिहार सरकार जवाब दे कि शाम 7 बजे कोई लड़की राज्य की सड़कों पर सुरक्षित क्यों नहीं है?
