Last night, we welcomed 30 Year 5 and 6 pupils from local primary schools, who were shortlisted as finalists in our short story writing competition. The children joined us, along with their families, in our beautiful Devonshire Library for our ‘Celebration Story Evening’. They were inspired by local author, @foulkeswrites, who shared her own writing experiences, before hearing the top 10 stories read out by our Drama Scholars. It was a wonderful evening and great to see the enthusiasm and talent of these young writers.
