@propfirmeye@fundingtraders IMHO maximum risk should be handled upfront and prevent the trader from doing that. EVERY platform allows you to set leverage, max click size and max position size. Additionally, I know it's an unpopular opinion, but consitency rules upfront also help with this.
@PropFirmMedia I would always strongly encourage anyone to speak with the firm first before going public. Not always, but, many times it often is simple misunderstanding with how the rules or markets work.
@aljustun@Sai_Prasan@thePropTrade@Bullrushcomp Honstely, people like you are why more CEOs do not engage here on Twitter. You are not looking for facts or the truth, you are simply looking for a "gotcha"
@aljustun@Sai_Prasan@thePropTrade@Bullrushcomp What are you even talking about... No goal post was shifted. You asked if we A-book our traders. I confirmed that in fact we do when traders reach level 4.
All of this is clearly outlined. You can read more here: https://t.co/UF6w15KRhC
@aljustun@Sai_Prasan@thePropTrade@Bullrushcomp 1. We do not do instant funded accounts. So, we are not taking $500 and giving you $10,000. 2. You only become A-book once you hit 10% profits in your funded account. 3. We show you which LP fills the trades in dashboard in the funded side.
@aljustun@dimjim77@Sai_Prasan@thePropTrade@Bullrushcomp Exactly, the vast majority of brokers are B-book. Just because a prop firm says they are broker backed, do not fall into the illusion that they are A-booking your trades.
@aljustun@Sai_Prasan@thePropTrade@Bullrushcomp That isn't necessarily accurate. If a firm does not hedge orders or A-book traders they have undefined risk. Because traders can make unlimited amounts of money that the firm is sitting on the otherside of.
@dimjim77@Sai_Prasan@thePropTrade@Bullrushcomp Just because a prop firm is a broker does not mean they are A-booking. Most FX brokers are B-book firms. It is important to have a verifiable nuetral 3rd party liquidity provider.
@dimjim77@Sai_Prasan@thePropTrade@Bullrushcomp I agree that the 90% figure it outdated. Additionally, the money that the profitable traders make far surpasses the revenue firms collect in challenge fees.
