Cop didn't even try to detain, just mounted and started swinging. She is using her left hand to pull this kids hair as hard as she can, while trying to actively dodge the kids attempts to protect his face with his hand. The kid wasn't fighting them.

It also appears that the kid may have had his hands ziptied behind his back when he was thrown to the ground (causing them to break) That would make not only the women cop liable, but the original male cop as well.

IF that is the case they got a big problem, body slamming and then punching a restrained person 99% of the time removes qualified immunity. The city won't be the only ones on the hook, the cops personal assets will be too.

Yes this is text book excessive force, against a presumed minor no less..

She should be fired and charged with felony battery, if the suspect is under 18, then add aggravated assault and child abuse.

She should also have her ability to ever be a LEO/security guard permanently revoked. Same with the First male cop too.
