It is Friday, the Jewish and Biblical Sabbath begins at sunset. The Jewish festival of Rosh HaShanah (also known as Yom Teruah, the Festival of Trumpets) begins at sunset on Monday, as does the new moon and month of Tishrei.

The new Biblical month of Iyyar is coming up. The new month doesn't start on the dark of the moon, but on the sighted moon. Rosh Chodesh Iyyar begins at sunset on Monday.

The Jewish/ Biblical festival begins this year on Saturday at sundown, whereas Easter is a week later this year.
The Cornish language has retained its connection with the original Biblical Pesach/ Passover (as most languages have), in the word #Pask.
