Hey @Behringer - decided to try out your #Vintagesynth plugin on Mac/GB because it looks grrreat, and I like your rebel swagger 😁
One problem: The standalone works great and accepts the code, BUT the AU plugin insists it has no code and won’t give audio.
Any suggestions?
I’ve spent 2 days trying to find out why my @bt_uk broadband/tv installation didn’t happen. The phone-lines go dead after ‘Welcome to BT…’ The chat boards can’t help.
How do I speak to a human who can?
Shocking service from a supposed giant of comms. Where’s the @BTCare ?
@virginmedia It would need a miracle price to make you competitive.
Your competitors are offering over 50% less. @virginmedia are penalizing decades-long loyalty here.
That’s a poor business model.
@RichardEGrant Richard, I so admire your raw honesty.
I’ve done some videos like this, privately, just to vent.
Though my loss isn’t mortal - it’s philosophical - but it’s equally hard to comprehend.
I feel your pain and bewilderedness. And I appreciate you sharing.
I don’t feel so alone 🖤
The problem with #batman
This century stripped the excitement out of him with every movie - he’s a grim cypher for our societal fears now.
‘Fun’.
90s Clooney and Kilmer movies suffered with a coke-fueled era - lame and hyped up.
#TimBurton’s #batmanmovie pair did it for me.
I say this with no pleasure, honestly:
Everton kicked out a Champions League winning manager to appease supporters who though they could do better. And the consequences have been predictable.
Look, the problem is ownership. Rafa could have told you that - he’s seen it before.
@GaryLineker I’m still a member, out of loyalty to principle. But I despair of the left-of-right capitulation of this once decent and crusading party.
There should be a challenging force in this country, but this #LabourParty no longer inspires.
"All of us are here protecting our independence of our country."
Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskiy shows his people he remains in the country's capital, Kyiv, as Russian forces approach the city.
@virginmedia After a 20 minute wait a talented human being sorted it.
And that’s what’s needed on customer help lines, but faster. Virgin Media (in this case - but not alone in its resistance to engaging in customer conversation) shouldn’t keep people waiting 20-30 mins.
It’s poor service.
Had anyone EVER phoned any large company’s customer line and not been told ‘we’re busy at the moment, there may be a wait’?
That’s a fence, designed to put you off. It saves £ and avoids proper staffing too.
Today: @virginmedia
I gave up after 30 mins on Friday. Let’s see.
