@virginmedia I’ve had complete loss of broadband since early hours this morning. My landline isn’t working so I can’t call and I keep trying the live chat but it says there is no availability to speak to someone. I need this sorting asap ! Can someone please contact me

@virginmedia I’m not expecting you to sort it via Twitter but if you could send a message to one of your colleagues and get them to call me that would be extremely helpful. If not I’m going to CISAS to complain for the second time as the service I’ve received is so poor, I am truly disgraced
@virginmedia No because last time I called that number I was charged over £100 and cut off after 2 hours of waiting in a queue and as you can appreciate I simply cannot afford that again

@RegattaOutdoors I received a parcel that is no longer needed as delivery was so slow and now I need to return it but don’t have a printer to print a Hermes label. So any help on how else I can make the return ?
