If only I'd burned off all the paint first, soaked it all in caustic soda to remove any residue, then pressure washed it, seasoned it with olive oil and oak smoke, before painting the outside with heat proof non toxic paint 🤔 Oh..I did 👀

@SidSchirocco @RunnelsRob @HolyCow_Inc I dropped each drawer into a water butt full of caustic soda overnight. Then mixed wallpaper paste with caustic soda and painted it onto the cabinet itself. The paste makes it stick. Then pressure washed it off a few days later.
