I went to @sigmasports to assist with a warranty issue! Warranty replacement should be like for like. Waited months for the replacement I get a non specific email to confirm a SL65 rear wheel with a xdr hub is in stock with a price. Months later I find out it’s a different wheel

Almost a month ago this was sent out to me. For 3 weeks it was held hostage by ⁦@UPS⁩ driver made one half attempt at delivery, he walked up to my front door then walked away without ringing my door bell. That was 3 Fridays ago! Had to write to the CEO to get my package 😑

It’s now the 3rd week I have been waiting for @UPS @UPS_UK to finally deliver my package. 1 attempt made but said they tried on several occasions (lied). Kindly return package to sender and they will resend with another courier! You have until 5pm to provide details of return.

Anyone else having issues with @btshopuk I bought something on 21/10/2021 with a 3 day delivery lead time. Still waiting for delivery and not a word from @btshopuk unbelievably awful service. This is becoming a trend with BT. Been in contact and still awaiting a response!
