@_austrian There is no number on my missing baggage report, so I don’t understand. Can you offer any number at all? It’s ridiculous if you can’t provide anything - I have no details or updates about my bag and it’s been 5 days.

@_austrian There was no phone number on the lost baggage report. Could you share it with me? Yesterday, I tried calling the online help desk, waited on hold for 1 hour, got forwarded to what was supposed to be the right phone number, and had my call dropped by the airline. It didn’t work.
