A little something I want to get out in the open...
I am a firm believer in unplugging and removing oneself from the digital world.
As such I am not on here much on the weekend, especially Sunday, as that is my time with my family.
I firmly believe that removing yourself from the constant onslaught of information helps to recharge you mentally. To me, phones and other electronics can be as addictive as any other substance, and pulling away helps to maintain that balance.

Today on things I did as a kid, that I would never imagine my kid doing: walking a mile through corn fields to the flea market to buy comics and trading cards.
No one questioned us about our parents; I was the oldest at the time at 12, my youngest brother was 8.
