If you want to stop paying taxes you need to update your W4. Mark “Tax Exempt” and then they stop taking taxes out of your paycheck. I know because I’ve done it. If you mark tax exempt, you won’t have taxes taken out of your paychecks!!! Please people go to your W4 and update it immediately. Please please please do this. If you don’t file a tax return the fed is in possession of money they took from you that they owe to you. Not filing your tax return only works if you owe the IRS every year and even then it’s smarter and more effective to claim tax exemption on your W4. Please people do this.

A company that charges for service it cannot deliver is 100% subject to a lawsuit if they do not either return the payment or provide some sort of compensation for the loss of the service that was paid for. I don’t want my money back because I need 66¢ I want my money back because I was not given the service I paid for and the company that failed to provide the service should suffer financially for their incompetence.

I’m really disappointed in the amount of people that are just fine with subpar service and have zero desire to demand better from something they pay for. The degradation of society makes so much sense now. We should not tolerate anything short of perfection from anything we pay for. These giant companies stress consumers over every single penny trying to squeeze it out of us and yall let it slide when they fuck up. I demand better and so should everyone else.

There are consumer laws that prevent a company from being able to defend themselves even with a contract if the contract goes against consumer laws. They can say that servers may go down and they can’t be sued but they absolutely can be sued for charging for services they cannot render to customers. Which isn’t something you can cover with any contract regardless of how airtight it is because the consumer laws prevent such contracts from being valid contracts. I will also add that many companies have people sign illegal contracts knowing they’ll never hold up in court as a means to deter people from filing suits against them and they will always settle out of court because the contracts are not enforceable.

Yes I want my 66¢ back. Any company who experiences a situation where they cannot deliver the goods must reimburse the customer for services they cannot render. I pay for the service, I am not getting the service. If you pay for a concert and they don’t perform do you want your money back? Same concept bud. These companies either need to figure out how to make sure this never happens to customers or they need to financially suffer for every single time it happens.

I don’t mind the PlayStation as I had those consistently but PlayStation 3 was the last one I owned and haven’t owned one since. When PlayStation 3 came out it was a superior console and Xbox had a whole bunch of Xboxes that were frying themselves at that time with the red ring of death lol.
