You can apparently desecrate and loot the relatives of Japan's Imperial family in Assassins' Creed Shadows by @Ubisoft.

Japanese are in an uproar over the latest discovery in the leaked Assassin's Creed Shadows art book, whose text and art hint at the ability to raid Imperial Tombs and loot the family's sacred treasures, including armor.

Japan has a very different view of this than the West. The Imperial family line is alive, and the palace and burial sites are considered sacred.
