So we asked for the bag to be returned, only to be told "We are unable to send a damaged bag back to the passenger. Thanks"
So can you please assist in getting our fine (albeit missing a wheel that can be replaced) bag back to us.
Otherwise we will be treating it as theft.

@British_Airways I'd recommend rethinking your repair company partnership. A wheel came off our suitcase and we was advised to contact them to sort out a repair (our suitcase has replaceable wheels) only to be told it's unrepairable, and to buy a new suitcase through them.

@KTM_UK so I'm just wondering if this is a common issue with your bikes as I've paid for everything to be repaired up to now; New brake disc and pads, new stator coil, but the dashboard seems like a part that should last more than 2 and a half years. Can I get a response on this?

6 months out of warranty and my front brakes lock on while riding nearly causing an accident, stator coil burns out so bike doesn't start,
Now the dashboard doesn't turn on, completely dead.
