This was an actual, real event that happened this year. Dechant and Balman traveled to Germany so Dechant could finally get knighted, and inherit the crown. Everyone, give a round of applause to Jake Dechant for stepping up and taking over the Video Department at HHS!

Hays High sophomore Izabel Schmidt places 4th in both the 50 and 100 yd Freestyle at the 5A-1A State Swim meet today in Topeka. The top 4 finishes also placed her on the All State swim team. Congrats Izabel!
