Chris Hammond (0.95 ERA / 7.5 K/9) with the 2002 Braves is the lowest.

Austin Hedges and Jose Ramirez were the Guardians older players to collect a hit this year at just over 32 years.

It's the first time no one age 33 or older collected a hit for Cleveland since 1992. Junior Ortiz and Brook Jacoby were the oldest at age 32 that year.

Brayan Rocchio hit 8 HR but only 1 HR at home. That seems like a lot of HR for only hitting 1 or fewer at home, but I was surprised to find it's not all that uncommon.
