Louise's Trich

I've had Trich since 1987, determined to quit before I hit 30 years. Trying to keep positive, it's not easy. #trichotillomania #pullfree

Don't give up because of a setback. They will happen but you have to stay strong and remind yourself of how far you've come. Keep fighting!

@MagMop Sorry to hear you're going through a rough patch. Hope your mum gets more comfortable soon

tip of the day: Keep fidget toys or gloves easily accessible in all your picking/pulling locations or you won’t use them.

@ThatsTrichy I'm so sorry for your loss. Be kind to yourself x

[Louise's Trich @TrichieDix]

@survivingtrich1 Even though I don't know you, I'm proud for you too! x

Not sure how my dog got such a silly grin on her face!

[Louise's Trich @TrichieDix]

@trich_life Me too 😞 Going through a rough patch but I'm trying to be kind to myself until things get better. Take care 💖

@trichgirl2 Happy birthday 🎂 I hope you do something nice and have some fun

[Louise's Trich @TrichieDix]

@Trich_Talk You look great in the pic of you without your false brows - I wish I looked like that without my falsies!

[Louise's Trich @TrichieDix]

@Trich_Talk It is a dilemma but if it was me I would try to go without the brows and lashes during the day and enjoy the swimming!

[Louise's Trich @TrichieDix]

I have a mini-fidget box in my bag so I always have some distractions to hand while Christmas visiting #trich

@LetsBeatTrich It can be tough, can't it? I hope you like your new job despite the stuffy office

tip of the day: Get back on the horse with minimal frustration and negative self-talk. Look forward to where you want to be.

[Louise's Trich @TrichieDix]

@trich_life I know how you feel, trich is so hard sometimes. Don't be too hard on yourself 💖

[Louise's Trich @TrichieDix]

Why do I pull my lashes? I find it really painful 😠
