President Trump's social media company is selling faster access to his posts (which often move markets) for $100,000 per month.
The *entire* business model here is corruption. Every American should be outraged. https://t.co/ijhTdsWFG3
I remember Republicans losing their shit over four US deaths in Benghazi and 13 during the Afghanistan withdrawal.
But now Trump and Hegseth say four service members deaths don’t count because it was during a ceasefire?🤦♂️
There are a number of Arizona elected officials who are regulars at ALEC meetings. And faithfully bring back ALEC legislation to introduce next year. It would be nice to vote some of them out this year!
The fossil fuel industry is pushing legislation that would ban local governments from working to eliminate greenhouse gas pollution.
Today at the ALEC annual meeting, a committee co-chaired by the American Gas Association will push state legislators to prohibit policies that pursue "science-based" and "100% clean energy" targets, among others.
Florida has already passed similar legislation and now the fossil fuel industry is trying to replicate these laws across the country.
As we feel the impacts of fires, floods, and heatwaves made worse by the climate crisis, we can't let special interests hack our democracy. Be on the lookout for this legislation in your state and speak out against it where these policies are introduced.
There is a sickness in this administration. Discounting Americans killed in war—to advance Trump’s fabricated narrative about the conflict—is vile and loathsome.
Trump is pursuing this war in the HOPE that Iran carries out an act of terror in the US. And even if it doesn’t, which I doubt it will, consider the possibility that Trump's people would fake one. Please consider this essay, written back in March, as well as the last few lessons of "On Tyranny."

In the end he had dignity, comfort and lots of love. It was only 6 days but he meant a lot to us all.
Very sad this evening as I had big plans for Bear.
Proud of the team as always. Give your own dogs an extra cuddle today
Andy Beshear is demonstrating why voters are pushing out incumbent democrats. What a pathetic response to covering up McConnell’s death. “I haven’t heard anything”. Dude get off your fucking ass and go down to the hospital. Cause a fucking scene. We’re tired of this shit.
Excuse me @AndyBeshearKY, it’s not “concerning.” It’s FUCKING WRONG! And it needs to be stopped immediately. The residents of your state deserve representation. Come on man, do something. Meet the moment.
A college student just killed the biggest advantage politicians have ever had. The gap between the lie and the fact-check.
He built a Chrome extension called InTruth. It listens to any live speech, debate, or interview.
Transcribes every word. And checks every claim against real sources in real time. Before the speaker even finishes the sentence.
It works on debates. Press conferences. Town halls. Interviews. Anything with someone talking on video. The fact-check shows up on your screen while they're still talking.
Until now, fact-checking happened hours or days later. By then the clip has been shared, the headline has been written, and the damage is done. Nobody reads the correction.
InTruth closes that gap to seconds. The claim and the fact-check exist in the same moment.
A college student, a Chrome extension, and an AI model just did what entire newsrooms couldn't figure out for decades.
So let me get this straight. Taylor Farms lettuce gets linked to the cyclospora outbreak. The CEO visits the White House and donates to Trump. Then the FDA says the positive finding was a “false positive.”
Nothing suspicious about that at all.
Remember when the former counterterrorism director, Joe Kent, resigned and said, "Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful lobby?"
I do.
