A big thank you to Dietitians in Gluten & Gastrointestinal Disorders for joining our letter writing campaign to FDA. Dietitians please join DIGID & send a letter to FDA voicing your displeasure about the lack of enforcement of the gluten-free labeling rule https://t.co/qCfoxK2Xs3
Good morning @us_fda and @SecAzar! I am a registered dietitian and I have celiac disease. When I accidentally ingest gluten, I forget where I am, stumble over my own feet, and can't form a coherent sentence. Can you please help make sure I never accidentally ingest gluten again?
One for ceoliac community, I have to admit I am a bit lost with this study, from experience children are more likely to put stuff straight in their mouths rather then worrying about cross contact issues ?????https://t.co/FEj3pb1oKh
“We should never be afraid of good data.” Independent #glutenfree product testing and science-based patient advocacy - thanks to @gfliving for a thorough and thoughtful piece on @GFWatchdog#celiac#research
Bakers, please stop thinking that somehow your wheat product is special and has magical powers that allow folks with celiac disease to safely eat it. They can’t. Full stop. https://t.co/eryXXGkMR4
@alilshellphish8@CeliacBeast @thebamboochef Here is some information about wheat grass from FDA. If the product is NOT labeled gluten-free my recommendation is to avoid it. https://t.co/heug5Uemy7
