@Se_Railway I was trying to get from STP to Strood, which I have now finally managed to do. We understand incidents happen, but your lack of updates/poor comms/lack of actual useful information make it very frustrating travelling with you

@Se_Railway Why is your communication so bad whenever there are issues? We’ve now been waiting an hour and 20 for a train to the Medway Towns and the communication has been awful. With better communication I could have decided to take my chances with getting to Ebbsfleet over an hour ago
