I go home and away quite a bit looking to build on doing well and it’s always going backwards .

You can’t build momentum , and it kills confidence
The manger had to breed confidence through the team .
Too many coaches , too many chiefs .

Why dosent he build his team around him
There’s no consistency in the team .
Changes the team around at least 4-5 times a game
Players loose faith and then he drops them for a few games .
